The Background

Electric House received grant funding from the GLA and is built on the site of the former electric goods showroom in Willesden Green.

The design has been carefully considered and reflects the original building’s Art Deco roots by incorporating a clock feature and a curved edge to the front of the building.

The development is in an ideally located within the centre of London.

It’s the perfect location; the centre of London can be reached in under half an hour, but the area doesn’t lack in greenery, with many parks to explore for those who want to escape the hubbub of life in the capital.
